20 minutes out - over Kew bridge and onto the towpath. 2 minute rest then back for 20 minutes. Returned to start comfortably and got further out this time.

20 minutes running, 3 minute rest, 20 minutes running. Returned to start comfortably and got further out this time - almost past Syon House on the opposite side of the river.
